The new Pokolbin restaurant MUSE at Hungerford Hill Winery, has gain a coveted one chef's hat rating in the widely respected Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide.
The Hunter Valley restaurant was established in March 2009 by Megan and Troy Rhoades-Brown and has been the only Hunter restaurant to go up in ranking in the guide. The amazing quality of both the food and dining experience that Megan and Troy have created in such a short time is well deserving of this accolade.
If you haven't experienced MUSE yet, be sure to take your loved one there! I suggest trying the degustation menu, its incredible! They also take bookings for weddings, now that would be a night to remember!
